PulseCX: Breaking the Closed-World Assumption in Real-Time CX
PulseCX is a newly introduced framework designed to address the limitations of conversational AI agents in Customer Experience (CX) by breaking the Closed-World Assumption. It utilizes a Decay-Aware Temporal Knowledge Graph (DA-TKG) and an asynchronous agent architecture, achieving less than 10ms overhead for information retrieval while enhancing Intent Resolution Rate (IRR) and customer satisfaction (s-CSAT) in rapidly changing contexts.
