Introducing The World's Largest Open Multilingual Language Model: BLOOM

The BigScience initiative has released BLOOM, the largest open multilingual language model to date, featuring 176 billion parameters. This model supports 46 languages and dialects, demonstrating state-of-the-art performance on various benchmarks, including the MMLU and XGLUE tasks.
